Susan Herlihy

About

Susan is a ceramicist based in East Cork. Her ongoing collection of hand-built sculptural vessels and wall pieces titled “Echoes of my landscape” are created from clay she digs herself in her local area. Each piece is a reflection of the beauty of that specific site. It is a unique collaboration between Susan and her landscape. All work is sold from her studio shop.

Susan also produces a collection of high fired wheel thrown tableware, bowls, beakers and any shapes that take her fancy! Ensuring all pieces are distinctly individual.

Susan’s studio is a continuous hive of activity, where she also teaches regular classes and workshops.
